Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, curry powder, coconut milk, vegetable oil, salt
Instructions:
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Stir in the tomatoes, curry powder, and salt.
- Simmer the curry for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken curry with rice or naan bread.
