Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, curry powder, coconut milk, vegetable oil, salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes, curry powder, and salt.
  5. Simmer the curry for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the chicken curry with rice or naan bread.
